Terrible customer service
Such a terrible experience with this company. I placed order for couple of products and the package arrived completely damaged and missing an item. Sent pictures to the company which immediately offered to ship out a replacement. Then changed their status to reply in few hours and then kept saying will reply in 24 hours. and now still they are investigating. No refund. No replacement. Absolutely terrible customer service
